Ezgo RXV 48v will pull up a hill but won’t pull up ramps to trailer

2011 EZGO RXV 48V
Cart was bucking and stopping when moving. Replaced all 4 battery’s 50.8V fully charged and now cart runs fine won’t buck or stop randomly. Drives up hills just fine and can even stop in the middle of the hill and go again it pulls up just fine. Go to load it on the trailer and once the back tires hit the end of the ramp the cart feels like it shudders and won’t pull up over the ramp.

The RXVs are programmed to limit current to a fraction of its rated current in order to prevent damage to the controller. Your 2011 RXV would have the Danaher controller, which has a less hardy output stage as compared to the Curtis that E-Z-GO switched to mid-2012. The Curtis controller can be turned up to run at 100% of its rated power (torque) without damage. Unfortunately, there is no programming ability for the Danaher controller.

What lenghth ramps? Can you use longer ramps to lessen angle?
