Default what controller is this

[ATTACH]195839[/ATTACH
This is off a ez go Textron 36 volt cart
Selonoid clicks and tests good but this cart will not move
tested the motor and it's good , thinking of installing a conversion kit but they are pricy and not sure it will correct the problem,
Forward / Reverse switch has been changed recently and was working fine
this cart decided to not run one morning for no reason, thanks in advance for any input.

Check for pack voltage at the small red wire on top of the controller when the solenoid activates

Connect your DVM between the controller's B- and M- terminals.

Press pedal just far enough to make solenoid click and you should read FULL battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged). If not, there is an open somewhere in the high current cables, connections or contacts.

it appears to be the F N W switch, found a terminal all crooked and recessed enough to where there was no contact being made

What controller is this? It appears to be the HD factory controller, 400a.
