Default Trouble shooting help please

Have a gc that sizzled and stopped. Batteries new fully charged. Have 36v off solenoid to 5 pin connector to controller when pedal pressed but no movement.

Controller dead? Is there anything serviceable in the controller?

We are going to need more info about what year and type cart you have.

Do you get a solenoid click? If so, when solenoid clicks are you getting pack voltage on both of the big solenoid terminals when measured back to main battery negative.

Sizzle is not a good thing. Get your nose on the controller and sniff. If it smells burnt it is...
You can bypass the solenoid by bolting a battery cable between the 2 big solenoid posts. IF the car still does not run, you have eliminated the solenoid as a problem source. Be sure you have power to the controller small wires where it should according to the diagram for this cart.
