Default Lester charger model 8600

Does anyone have any knowledge on this charger.

#1 - it’s **** loud as hell (it charges but still loud)

#2 - does it auto shut off once they are to capacity

Does any one happen to have a manual? Also maybe an old busted one I can utilize the shell.

Over the years I had a few older Lester 36v transformer types that were loud as he!l but, they all worked good.

Yeah it seems to work good. Do I need to monitor it...or will it shut off when batteries are full.

It should just shut off when the timer hits zero

Do you or run the risk of overcharging it’s the pack is full say a couple hours before the timer ends.

Yes, that's why I've never been a big fan of the timer chargers. But, the charger should be charging at a very low amperage as the pack gets full, so a couple hours of low amperage charging shouldn't affect things too much.
