Check the basics.
Solenoid clicking? Yes = controller powering up? Check out put. No output = check throttle signal Signal good, solenoid clicks, no controller output ... might be a bad controller. Something along those lines should get you on the road to figuring it out. Ok I will diagnose, when should the solenoid click on? When I turn key on or when I press on accelerator pedal. This is my first cart and I didn’t even notice it when it was running so good.
