Problem solved, cut the bolt shorter, put it back together, still off. Jumped on the rear step and shook the cart like crazy.

Not sure if this applies to an 03' DS, but on my 92', the stock shackles look like this. I would think if you don't have a bend in the shackles, that would cause the leaf spring to twist. What do the stock shackles for an 03' look like?

Stock shackles look just like the ones I made except shorter. They are not offset.

Got the second one in today. Much stiffer than my won out springs. Now I need to adjust the brakes.....

With the tires on it, it almost looks like it has a lift. It’s noticeably higher than a stock cart. Next thing I am going to do is get an HD front leaf for it.
