Oh, and added a ball/club cleaner.

I told my wife I was buying a cheap cart and would save money by fixing it up. I would probably have been better off buying a newer one. LOL

LOL, your right! Maybe she won't notice if you stretch it out over months, buy a little here, little there. You aren't alone, we all have to sneak stuff to support our habits! Tell her it's better than spending the night at bars - corona, you know.

Could I have bought a "done" cart cheaper? Yes. Am I building mine exactly the way I want it? Yes.

Fortunately my wife lets me run with stuff like this (I am fortunate to work extra jobs to make it happen and don't take away from our normal money when I do this stuff). My cart is still not done, but absolutely no regrets choosing this route.

True! I'm having a lot of fun working on this one and feel like I know a lot more about the cart having done some stuff myself. When something goes wrong, I know what I've already done so it simplifies tracking it down.

With as much as my wife spends on shoes, she can't complain about the cart.
