Default Scotty's Cables Question

Hey all,

Tried messaging Scotty but his inbox is full...

I have a question about the custom cable set I ordered from him. I have a TXT and I ordered the Admiral B4 along with the alltrax.

What cables go where? I guess I'm not understanding the directions and there is one diagram of the battery layout, but specifically I was wondering which cables go from the motor to the controller and then the controller to the batts?

I have cables labeled 1-5 and then four that are approx 16" (two red, two black) and one that is 9"

Also where does the gray triangular plug (with black, green, and red wires) coming out of the motor go?

Thanks in advance for any help!

the cables are numbered as you mentioned....match the numbers on the cables to the numbers on the diagram.....THATS where they go.

I don't have the diagram. I have the battery layout diagram on how to connect those together, but nothing indicating which labeled/numbered cables go from the motor to the controller and the controller to the batts.

It’s been a couple of years, but I don’t think they come labeled. Just lay them out in order of length, start with the longest one and go from there.

They are labeled/numbered 1-5.

Mine were number labeled and listed on the diagram as to which location they went to line SirNuke said.

Email scotty for a diagram if you don't have one or IIRC he might have the diagrams on his website for you to view.

All these posts and lol we still do not know which drive system you want a cable # layout for. One of these should work.

Sorry, this info should have come with the set.

Not too sure of that statement's veracity.

An Admiral B4 motor and a total of 10 cables were mentioned in Post#1, so I knew it was a sepex drive and they all have the same high amp cable configuration.
