Default Curtis 25864g09 Issue

I have a Curtis 25864G09 controller an EZ Go cart that will not run. Solenoid clicks and throttle control and F/R switch appear to be working properly. I tested the motor by disconnecting and hooking up to 12v and motor turns. When testing controller, I get voltage from the B+ to the B- and M- terminals with just the key on and in forward. Voltage does not change much when acellerator is depressed and solenoid clicks. Is this normal?

If there is a pre-charge resistor between the solenoid's two large terminals, there will be a few volts less than full battery pack voltage between the controller's B- and B+ terminals as well as between its B- and M- terminals whether to key is on or not, even when F/R is in neutral.

When the pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click, there should be full battery pack voltage at those two places.

When th4e pedal is slowly pushed to the floor, the voltage between B- and M- should decrease to 0V.

If it doesn't, either the controller is bad or the throttle is bad.

Thx. I found the problem. It was the F/R switch. Was able to find it by tracing using the attached high current diagram which was very helpful.
