2016 TXT48 Run/Tow switch wiring
I just purchased this cart and when I removed the Run/Tow Switch cover there were some cut and jumpered wires going to the switch. Anyone ever seen anything like this?

The txt48 carts have had problems with the wiring harness and a splice failing so can lose power to the circuit. Yours looks like it got bypassed.

I am not sure but I found the same red wire with blue stripe on the controller 16 pin connector burned, which is the same wire that is in the run/tow switch circuit from the previous pics that were spliced. I wonder if i should buy a new run tow switch, splice the wires back together and replace the pin in the 16 pin connector. I am not sure how this all works looking at the wiring diagram.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. |
