Curtis 1515-5201 parameters
Working on a 2010 Club Car Precedent IQ car with MCOR. Car will only run 13-14 MPH. Looking for full range of programming parameters to compare with this cart. Thanks

The 1515 controller is for an Excel cart which you probably have not an IQ cart...The 1510 is for an IQ...What is the cart serial#...

To get anymore speed out of it your going to need to get Code 4 Speed Code from a dealer. It normally ranges in price between $100-$150

The S/N on the cart is PH1034-120909. It has an Advanced DC Motor, P/N EJ4-4001-LR3.11. Motor has been reworked and tagged “Modified for improved performance per customer request.” We have gotten the A,B,&C codes for this combination, but didn’t make any chance in speed. Maybe I’ve missed something. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

The "PH" is an Excel cart (Gray Controller) and not an IQ (Black Controller).
So the controller accepted the three codes entered through the programmer and allowed you to set the speed to 4? Make sure the The "Speed Calibration" setting is set to 0 The "S4 FWD Speed" should be showing 19.2mph. |

If you are not showing speed code 4, make sure that when you put the codes in that you cycled the tow/run switch to tow and back to run...

Entered the 3 codes, but didn’t access to Level 4. Speed Cal is at 0. Missing something on the programming? Speed level came to 4, but S3 didn’t update to S4. 🤷*♂️

After you entered all three codes you need to turn the Tow/Run switch to Tow for 30 secs.
Once you turn it back to Run it should show "Speed Setting 4" on the IQDM display screen. |

Speed level accessed Level 4. S3 Fwd Speed did not update to S4. Reentered codes and cycled Run/Tow switch, with no change to S3. 🤔🤷*♂️
