Delta q charger testing without battery pack
I have acquired a delta q model 913-3610-t3 36 volt charger. I do not own a 36 volt cart so I don't have a way to connect a battery pack to this charger. I tried just testing battery side with multimeter but I'm sure this charger is gonna work like my 48 volt delta works by coming on after reading pack voltage. Is there any way to test the battery side of this charger with a multimeter without being able to plug it in on the battery side?
