Yeah... I know that NOW! 3 years ago... I didn't!

I'm good with the "Z" and my Jake's 3" spindle lift(s), both have taken a beating,
My buddy has an AS 7.5 SS lift, and we tend to... ummm... "stress" our carts,
his broke twice... and mine didn't, sooooo... I'll stick to what works!

Yes you'll need off-set wheels if you're planning on running a wider tire than stock. The frame cut tool is a template that fits inside the I-Beam that tells you where to drill and cut.

I've searched and searched and searched, and can't seem to find a definitive answer. Is there any reason why a Jake's 4" Eco "Z" lift wouldn't work on my transporter 6? I really want to keep the front end steering and ride, especially given the added weight. I like the look as well.

From what I can tell there are some that have installed the factory z style lift to carryall's but and not sure if I can assume the jakes z lift will work on my transporter. TIA!

Ok, folks, so I contacted tech support and here is the answer I received. Posting so others have the info... Looks like my only option is the spindle lift.

the Z Bar will fit after cutting the body of the cart
to install but they do not recommend it due to stability and structural
due to the length you have as a transporter.

This lift is made for the 2 passenger Club Car DS not a transporter
or a stretch of any kind.

It's gonna be a heck of a lot more stable than a spindle lift. They can't tell you to do it for safety reasons, but I've done hundreds of them with no issue.
