1985 EZGO elec. Lift kit, New springs or ??
I'm rebuilding a old 1985 EZGO and adding a back seat. The extra weight will be way to much for it and rub the tires.
I don't want to do a lift it, and have no idea what new springs will do. I saw a few spring sets on ebay, 3 spring set and a 5 spring set. It wont be a all the time deal but need it for when the rear seat is used. |

I just installed the 3 leaf springs on my 99 and it is plent stiff. almost too stiff bouncy on bigger bumps but i dont have a rear seat. the extra weight would help and the new springs will lift your cart slightly but not a lot.
