I have. I had to install a D&D 8hp to get to 12-14mph. How close to Central Ohio are you? I'm looking for another Medalist. I don't need it to run at all. In fact if everything under the seat was already gone, that would suit me just fine. |

Re: Ready to ride my cart off a cliff
This is my buddy's thread that was having similar issues.http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...agnostics.html He goes into good detail as to how to test the ITS. Turns out, he was getting less than half the voltage out of the thing and has a new one on order...so still don't know the outcome of the new ITS. But its definitely not testing the way its supposed to, so fingers crossed.
Hope this helps! |

Re: Ready to ride my cart off a cliff
Is it possible the rear-end has been modified for more torque?

Re: Ready to ride my cart off a cliff
Just a thought here, check to make sure your half speed reverse does not get energized in the forward position ( orange wire at the controller ).
