I have. I had to install a D&D 8hp to get to 12-14mph. How close to Central Ohio are you? I'm looking for another Medalist. I don't need it to run at all. In fact if everything under the seat was already gone, that would suit me just fine.

Im 14 and a half hours from Lima, Ohio in savannah GA haha quite a ride

This is my buddy's thread that was having similar issues.http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...agnostics.html He goes into good detail as to how to test the ITS. Turns out, he was getting less than half the voltage out of the thing and has a new one on order...so still don't know the outcome of the new ITS. But its definitely not testing the way its supposed to, so fingers crossed.

no chance...it will barely go up the trailer haha Im gonna try to replace the ITS...its the only thing I didnt replace...I just adjusted the plunger.

Just a thought here, check to make sure your half speed reverse does not get energized in the forward position ( orange wire at the controller ).
