I had to "drill" out one bolt on mine. All the others I could "extract". It took a lot of bits and time, but I ended up with a nut-and-bolt to replace the welded on nut and "frozen" bolt.

Finally got it this evening. Cobalt bits are worth the money. Thanks for the input guys. Now time for lift kit, tires/wheels, rear flip seat, new front top strut, and bow holder. Already painted camo, camo seat covers, new plastic trim, new batteries, brake cables, floor mat and charge status meter. This stuff is addicting!
