yes there is a difference in the top if you use the bent frame you need the new style top it is more oval like if you use the old straight frame then the top is rectangular

It's all good wizcart!!!
It was a bit of a shock to see my cart used in someone elses post...
but, it's a great example of the difference!

Keep in mind... that my cart (the black one) is a 2007...
it came stock with the "old style" roof and frame,
So...I'm guessing that they must mount the same on (most) all of the DS's!

although... I do know, that you can't swap either roof from one frame, to the other!

Hope you got what you were looking for dolphincar13!

just to clarify ..... the 2 different type of roofs are different widths at the mounts. I have changed a couple of these out....here is an 89 DS and 2000 XRT with the new style roof installed. The DS also has the steering wheel and seat back from a much later model cart installed. On the XRT I used a new frame in front and was able to rebend the rear to fit the top...

I have an old style rear only.
I'll check with my buddy and see if he has the front.
Do you need the top too?

Thanks For The Phone Call Today....my Boss Was Very Happy That We're Getting Phone Calls From California!!!!! I Tried To Get Som Pix But It's Been Raining Here For Two Days. The Only Frames I Have Are I Guess For Ez Go Carts. They Mount To The Door Frame. Not The Top Of The Cowl. They Are Black Metal, Not Aluminum. Besides..the Shipping Would Kill You.
