Default 94 Trans-Sender Electric - 36 Volt to 48 Volt?

Been a while since I needed help. Have a 94 Tran-Sender 36 volt. It's in N GA and it runs great. I had to replace the controller when it got here...thermal problem. Got all my help from BGWCC folks.

Can I make it a 48 volt easily? This thing is a lead rocket down hill, but slow up hill. Can I just add 2 more 6 volt batteries and make it 48 volts. All the components seem to be 36-48 volt.

That's it.

That's how it usually goes...

Sure, you can add two 6v batts and it sounds like the only thing you will need is a 48v charger.

Thanks for the quick reply. Been traveling and haven't had time to think about it again. Looked online...didn't realize that the charger could cost that much...though I can sell the 36 volt on it now should help. Now I need to figure out if the '94 Club Car has on on board controller or not.

Thanks1

Thanks. I hadn't seen the site when I looked. Like the other gear they have. It will be a great resource.
