03 DS wheel and tire options

Hello everyone! My name is Chris and im new to the forum and new to golf carts! I have done some looking around and havent been able to find the answer to my question. I have a 03 DS and i want to put Fairway Alloy Elixir 12" with a 215x40 or 50 tires on it. The rims have a 47mm off set. I am wondering if they will fit without a lift and without rubbing? Also will they stick out of the fender? I have read that on an ezgo that size tire will work and if there is any issues use a 1/4" spacer under the springs, but there is nothing about the club cars. Thanks for your help!
