Default I have two Carts that won't move.

I have a 2002 DS Club Car IQ & I am working on a 2004 Precedent for my neighbor. Both of our carts when you press the Gas peddle down the Solenoid clicks and they rock forward or reverse like they want to go but nothing happens.

2002 DS- I have replaced the batteries, controller, motor(D&D high Speed), computer pulled it out of a cart that was working last week that was in an accident and bent frame so I am using the good parts to better my DS. Also I have replaced the solenoid and the MCOR. I am at a complete loss and I am SO FRUSTRATED!!

2004 Precedent has curtis controller orange label motor with 4 12volt trojans that are two years old.

Both Carts were running fine and now they both do the same thing has anyone ever experienced anything like what I am describing?

Any ideas why these carts would start to lunge forward but not move?

Solenoid not closing, maybe lurking forward on resistor precharge but no power to sustain operation

Did you reset the OBC? Had the same problem when I pulled the controller and swapped motors. It wasn't charging. I think Scotty has it posted on the site
