The one right next to ignition With blue Black and yellow is the hazard lights. The one next to it is the original push pull light switch with red wires coming from it.

The purple wire from the new kit goes into the blue wire from the old light switch.

You should not have disconnected that 9 pin connector, look for the mating plug for that coming from the headlights.

Hmmm. I will have to look and see if there is any other 9 pin connector. I did not see any other connectors in there. But I will check tomorrow.

Start from the headlights and trace it back...

I downloaded instructions and in the "help" section it says this..
Everything on the light kit works except for the headlights and tail lights? Make sure that the two yellow wires plug into the push pull switch and the purple wire is connected to the BLUE wire coming from the main light harness.

I'm guessing since this is an upgrade the switch on the stalk may or may not work unless you have the OEM switch on or it may not work at all and the push pull switch will need to be used.

Ok everyone here is what I found out this morning.
I did not find another 9 pin connector in the harness that is connecting all the lights, horn and brake pad. I also drew a diagram of what the wiring is in the cart. Excuse my messy writing.

I did take a couple voltage tests from the main negative on the batteries to the purple wire.
Ignition key on and the light switch off 6.1 volts
Ignition key on and the light switch on 12.5 volts

Took a closer look at the original 9 pin that came with cart that ran the headlights and rear running lights and the new Madjax 9 pin connector. With the original 9 pin connected there was only 2 wires used to turn on and off the headlights and tails. They were the solid red and a red with white stripe pictured below. I just reconnected this original and the headlight work.

The madjax 9 pin is missing the center wire where the original 9 pins red/white wire connected to the carts wiring for the headlights.
Pictures below.

Any thoughts or ideas would be great. I just dont want to fry anything.

I really don't care if the twist light switch works or not. If it needs to be wired to the push pull light switch somehow that is fine with me.

Thanks for your help!
