How many rounds (18 holes) golf should you get?

How many rounds (18 holes) of golf are you getting on a fully charged 48v system? I understand there are alot of factors that can make a difference. Just curious what the average one could expect to get. I have a 2008 precedent (4) 12 volt US Batteries. I think there about 3 years old (at least thats what I was told) Pack reads 50.3v after charge complete and rested at least 10 hours. I just went out for the first time this year for 9 holes and the pack read 49.4v. Do you think I will be able to get 18 holes in with a fully charged pack? I purchased this cart last fall and never had it on the course until now. Thanks for any and all input.

looks good ... you only lost 0.9 volts over 9 holes... so 18 holes would be 1.8 volts (aprox)
also depends on how far you have to go to get to 19th green

A fully charged pack should be 50.9 after 12+ hours so your pack is on it's way out. Your stating point is less than 90%. 3 years is not uncommon for 4/12v battery pack. see this chart

Thanks for the replies, I figure that my pack is on its way down. At what point do you replace them? And I know when there dead, I mean I don't want to get stranded on the course on the 13th hole and have a long walk back to the club house especially right now early in the season they don't have the beer girl out there yet.

The trouble with a weak pack is they loose the charge quickly They have lost amperage storing capacity.
Replace them now and stop worrying about them & enjoy the game.

Please note those charts are accurate for 80F temperature... According to the trojan batteries website:

How do I determine my battery capacity when it is colder/hotter?
Battery capacity is basically a linear relationship. A good rule of thumb is that for every 15oF above 77oF, capacity is increased by 10% and for every 15oF below 77oF, capacity is reduced by 10%.

So unless was 80F in Wisconsin when you took the reading...., you may need to take that in consideration.

I have 2008 Precedent and had the 4 12 system and they were about 3 years old and the bat light would come on toward the end of 18 holes. Last September I converted my battery tub so it would fit 6 8 volts bats, best mod I ever did. Now I can easily get 36 holes and most likely more.

I did not know that! It was 58 degrees here yesterday. It is suppose to 64 degrees tomorow and I am planning on golfing 18 holes. So I will cross my fingers and pack a cooler (for emergency only) and give it a try. I will start to get some prices on new batteries.

Speedchaser, did you have to change the OBC for the converision? What other modification did you have to make other than the tub mod?
