Sluggish cart
1990 ezgo seems motor is winding up but the cart just goes about 5 miles a hour not really getting up to speed any thoughts ?

Yes I checked the belt first with it on jack stands the tire really gets going but with a load it just chugs along

Check your compression and also the width of the belt. Remove teh seat and sit on a board while you observe the clutches operate. Verify that the driven is closing all the way and that the driven is opening.
