Yamaha G-16 Secondary Clutch help
I replaced the sliding sheath, the fixed sheath, spring seat and installed a new spring. All parts were new in January. I lost the bushing in the Sliding sheath after a month of driving the cart. So I replaced the fixed sheath and sliding sheath again to be safe. Now after 1 month the bushing is out again on the sliding sheath andit is wobbling causing noise and losing power as the belt is slipping on it as it wobbles? ANy ideas on what is causing this. I followed instructions on this forum to install. Everything was properly greased and all hardware was installed new less then 4 weeks ago. Cannot afford to continue to replace monthly.
