Here's the pdf of the original parameter settings on that older controller. It had the open motor with the speed sensor. If the speed sensor had failed, the unit would still drive, but would be at half speed. That PRO controller typically would go bad fairly easy, which is why it was changed to an improved 6 post unit.

Where could I find the parts manual for a 2018 Utilitruck with a cab enclosure? Specifically I am looking for the side mirrors that would attach to the predrilled holes that are on the cab. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the help on this. I think I will try to find less expensive set and modify the hole pattern to fit the curtis cab. Any possibility that you know of a lift kit that would fit this cart?
