Newest addition! Pics also!
Here you go guys! I told myself I would never go Club Car but, for the price, I may be called a trader! I couldn't pass it up! I posted some pics on what looks to be the problem areas. Missing a tube from the air cleaner, F-N-R cable is unhooked. Unsure what the 4 electric prongs are on that switch. I opened the seat at I am baffled at where the battery goes. The PO told me that it will need an RPM relay to run? Unsure of this or where it is located... The drivers seat pad bracket is busted and 1 tire won't stay aired up. Like I said in other posts, I have more Yami carts than CC's... I'm just wanting to get this cart running before I worry about new seats and cosmetics!! Any help would be appreciated!
Tonka Oh yeah, and it has a clean/unbent topper!! I love it already! |

Serial number should be on the floor up under the passenger side glove box. Should start with AGxxxx. The first two digits after the AG is the model year. Mines an 87, so my serial reads "AG87xxxx".
And I think I have that air cleaner piece you're missing. |

Not bad! That should clean up nicely.
Those four prongs on the shifter are two micro switches. One switch is for the reverse buzzer. The other is a neutral safety switch. |

I am interested in buying parts! Need to locate where that RPM solenoid or switch is... Or was the PO just blowing smoke?

Re: Newest addition! Pics also!
I will go out now and check a definite year on this cart. PO said it's an '89... Where do I look for the solenoid? Or where is it supposed to be located at? Also, where is the battery box?
It's AG8939XXXXX. I guess its and '89 DS? |

Re: Newest addition! Pics also!
If yours is like my '01, the battery should sit near that little black box. Its right up against the body, outboard of the frame on the drivers side.
Forgive the photo quality. Its a cell phone pic in the garage at night. |
