Default Motor Limit - Downhill Speed

Hello All,

I know from discussions that you can't get a stock cart to go faster unless I take it in to have them move me to a 4 code. However, is there a way to tell the cart not to slow me down on the downhills?

Basically I'm not asking the carts motor to run any faster just don't slow me down when I'm going down hill.

Thanks

Tom

just have them remove the hill braking option when you have speed code 4 installed

Cheapest way and the best in my opinion is to install a four pole magnet.
I think it was about 17 bucks.

Get the magnet here. Part Number: P16E25R4

My 07 will roll freely down the steepest hill

How long and what level of skill is required to put in the magnets?

Also does this lower the life of the cart?

Thanks

tom it took me about 10 mins to install, very easy,no regan braking at all.my magnet costs 9.50 but shipping was 13.50,and its the size of a quarter, got about 20 mph too,no need for code 4,i dont think it hurts anything unless you go to fast down hill for a long time,im happy as hell with the magnet trick.....jay

Are there online instructions with pictures?

Also you say regan. What does that refer to?

Thanks
