Throttle "Problem" With 1995 CCDS 48v Series
It's my understanding that my cart is Pre-MCOR...
So cart goes just fine if accelerator pressed... BUT, if you let off just a bit, then press full throttle again... Cart will go faster than originally running at full throttle... It does this at full charge... after some use... etc etc |

Re: Throttle "Problem" With 1995 CCDS 48v Series
The cart has a potentiometer signal device, commonly called the pot. The signal to the speed control is 0-5000(5kΩ).
You can test this signal by removing the 2 small wires from controller pin #2 & 3 and poking the multi-meter test leads into the spade connectors on these 2 wires. Set the meter to a range of 20,000 Ωs and work the pedal making note of the signal response. You will have the answer to your question. |
