Default Alltrax SR48500 controller "Global Shutdown"

Alltrax SR48500 controller on a 93 club car. Getting a Global Shutdown error randomly during driving. Cart just cuts out and then goes again. Happens speeding up and slowing down.

I would guess this is a V-glide issue.
I would start there!
I have no experience with V-glide but I know someone here has.

I just read through all of the SR blink codes and error code definitions and no where did it list global shutdown. Please explain. What is the controllers LED status light signal when the error occurs? Does the solenoid drop out when the error occurs?

I'm looking at the data from the Monitor log, using the latest Alltrax software hookup up to my laptop with the USB cable.

Here's a sample of the csv file it produces, opened in Excel, shows the column
"Global_Shutdown".

https://i.imgtc.com/Sw6990I.png

The software also has a Monitor tab that indicates "Shutdown" which is detailed here:
http://alltraxinc.com/files/Doc113-0...kit-Manual.pdf
starting on page 26.
"Shutdown
This flag alerts the user that the controller’s output has been shut off. The alarm that caused the
shutdown will also light up."

Also out of the 4 times it happened in the 1 minute sample I took, 1 time it flagged over current, 2 times "Lo_LThrot_Overange" or "Low Throttle Input Over-range" and the last time no additional error was flagged.

As requested in our emails, please send me a full log I can share with Alltrax.

I don't have personal experience with this problem. Maybe somebody else does.
