Re: ZONGSHEN 625CC engine
On another note, it’s a cool 16 here in Southern Ohio today, we are staying at the cabins at our campground this weekend with 3 other families we camp with, anyhow I tried my ezgo txt and it fired right up, may have to bring it along this weekend, Happy New Years!

We still don't know if VC's set up still uses the low oil sensor or not. It may not be wired in.

Re: ZONGSHEN 625CC engine
While prepping for the upcoming install I asked about oil pressure light. I was told it is an oil shutdown system, not a warning light system. I assumed it would be operable but can't be certain.

Re: ZONGSHEN 625CC engine
Mine is wired in and they pretty much confirmed that’s what the wiring harness on the 625 is.
Now to level my motor, I believe I am going to raise the rear of the motor mounting plate by using flat washers, I feel better that way rather than stacking washers under the motor it self. Any feedback is appreciated Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: ZONGSHEN 625CC engine
If your mounting plate is like mine, thick billet aluminum, I would use the spacers under the plate and mount the engine solidly to a flat, firm surface. Much better for that aluminum casting to keep its bottom firmly planted.

Re: ZONGSHEN 625CC engine
My thoughts exactly, I could see a motor mount snapping under stress which would result in a grown man crying...lol
