Default Stiff ride?

Wondering if there is a way to soften the ride on my ICON? I have a 2 seater non-lifted model. This was a huge upgrade from our very old EZGO, but my wife is not happy with how we feel every little bump in the road (cart paths). Is there a way to soften the ride?

seats and tires are about it. not sure how long you've had yours but it will soften a smidge after some use. I drove a non lifted and thought the ride was very smooth. Definitely a whole lot smoother than lifted.

for the seats, I wasnt expecting such a difference in how the ride felt just wanted something more comfortable to sit on but it dampers the ride a good bit. The ones I got are about 6 inches of cushion so you sit higher (just mentioning in case either of you are over 6 feet)

A lot of people tend to forget these carts are designed to travel @ 12mph on paved paths and grass.
If you are running the stock tires they have a sidewall so thick you can run them almost flat.
Try airing down the tires for a little for comfort.
You maybe could go with a taller tire that would fit your cart without a lift with a thinner sidewall, keep your smaller diameter rims.
Try a 20" tire on your 8" rim if you can, the most complaints I get are from the Ebay shoppers that order the 12 or 14" rims with 22" tires because it looks good and then it rides like it has concrete tires on it because of no sidewall.
The more sidewall the smoother the ride
