Steering Alignment

I have a 1994 Gas Club Car. When turning the right front tire over-turns, and i cant turn back the other way. Any ideas of what could be bent, or out of line?

Check to see if it has stops that are worn or missing. Usually happens when they are lifted and the front end is moved forward.
When it locks, check to see if is the actual right side or the steering rack over traveling and locking.
