thats enough compression.
maybe check your reed valves.
also, make sure your crank seals are not leaking.

got to be something we are over looking

decent comp., good spark, gettin gas. the 3 things that make her run.

How should i check the crank seals? Could that cause the engine to run rough and have insufficient flow at the fuel pump?

Also what should the reed valves be set like? I dont see any cracks in them?

The engine is out and apart for a top end rebuild. Piston has scrapes. Planning to hone cylinder, replace piston, oversized rings. New crank seals.
