Default Gas Club Car

Hi guy's I am new to forum. I just got a 07 gas club car precedent for Christmas. I wanted it to idle when I let off gas pedal. Done some research, and cut the black/white wire. Idles great, but now will not shut off with key in off position. Please help. Thanks

Wire a switch to the wire you cut. A kill switch if you will.
Hide it and noone will know how to start the cart.
