Light options for 95 Medalist
I have been trying to figure out how to install headlights and taillights on my 95 Medalist limo. I like the look of the recessed lights on the TXTs but that obviously won't work on my Medalist. Was there a factory option for this cart? And what about tailights? The way the rear fenders are on this cart leaves very few, if any, options for a tailight.
And swapping the cowl/body is not an option (not now anyway). Besides, I like the Medalist body and would really like to keep it. Thanks in advance for your input! |

Re: Light options for 95 Medalist
You could get a lift with some K.C. lights for headlights and for the taillights we did LED lights that we had to custom fit.

Re: Light options for 95 Medalist
By chance do you have any pics of how you did the taillights? And my lift is a drop axle lift so I still have to figure out how and where to mount an aftermarket light. KCs would be a little much for cruising around the pits at the track.

Just a thought but try a farm implement store, like Tractor Supply or Farm and Fleet.
They carry all kinds of bolt on lamps that may fit the bill for you. You could go old school like a Model A, where the tail lamps stuck out of the fenders< mounted on stands. Add some blue dots and it would be a hot rod. |

Look online for LED lights and you most likely will find some that will surface mount and work for you. I used some basic bolt on driving lights for my old 89. Worked like a champ.

Re: Light options for 95 Medalist
I got a set of driving/fog lights with clear lenses from ORiellys for 18.99 this spring for my 84 ezgo and picked up a couple tailights from a surplus store for 1.50$ each. The driving lights are bright enough to get around our campground but not super bright.
