ya i just have to wait till my parents get another ,nicer, newer cart cuz then it will be mine to do whatever, until then i cant do anything to much

another quick question
today i was tinkering around and notice a small metal tab that stopped the carb from opening more, i bent it slightly and that made the carb open much more but since the pedal doesnt open that much and i dont have any car jacks i cant test if it did anything, does any one know if this work or is there a reason to stop it besides that it will get to much fuel cuz i can make a forced air intake to get more
