Carryall 2 will only start in forward gear?

My Carryall 2 (02) has recently stopped starting in reverse. It still will start in forward though. Over the last few weeks, I had to repeatedly push the gas pedal to get it to start in reverse and now it has stopped all together. Kinda a PIA since where I park it, I have to start and back out. Any suggestions on where to start the trouble shooting?

I was out working on my cart, dose the buzzer still sounds when you put shift it in reverse, and verify when you shift it in reverse the micro switch gets press in by the yellow cam. that micro switch must press in to run in all three positions (forward , reverse , and maintenance mode )

Yes the back-up alarm still sounds in reverse, and now it wont crank in FORWARD or REVERSE. Not a sound when the pedal is pressed?

Sounds like a MS problem. You will need a test light to verify if the 12v is coming through the reverse MS and now that it's both directions I would check the MS in the little black box at the end of the gas peddle cable too.
