I do not have another charger. I wonder what could be the issue. The charger worked and is new ,as well as, the batteries and all components. The board was obviously messed up since they sent a new one. What else could it be ? A head scratcher for sure.

A couple of obvious things to check that I believe will also cause the slow blink error with voltage reading at the cart charger receptacle.
1) The charger model is for 48v and configured for the proper/valid battery type.

2) The polarity of the + and - is correct at the charger receptacle.
Also, is the negative wire from the charger receptacle going directly to pack negative?

I'm under the impression the charger was working and just stopped. I wonder if something in the cart has failed, like a corroded charge wire connection.

Scotty, yes it was working and just stopped. All other electrical components are less than 6 months old. Cart still works but no charge

Or you could have a bad battery. Nothing like cold weather to show up a bad battery. Do you still have your old charger?

I just looked at the wiring diagram for the Accusense and noticed that if You have the model with an Ammeter, the transformer center tap does not go directly to the board P3, it goes to the Ammeter first.

In this case, make sure the Ammeter in the charger is working, or simply by-pass it by running the center tap directly to board P3 connector.

That Ammeter setup is very distinctive from the PowerDrive chargers where the Ammeter is after the rectifiers.

Or better give us the model number off of the charger.

I took the cart and charger to a local Yamaha dealer today. (They said they would be able to take a look, as they work on all types of carts). After a few hours of having the cart I got a call. The guy said he called dpi and gave all numbers from the cart and charger. The dpi tech said that I have the wrong charger for my cart. The guy at the shop hooked up an original club car charger to my cart and it charged perfectly. Then hooked up the dpi and no charge. I told the shop guy that it had charged before. He said,(and I verified) the dpi only pulling 4 amps after he had the club car charger connected for 4 hours. Basically they said the charger may have cut on and worked before, but hasn't really charged the batteries completely . In the end of it all, they are ordering me the right charger from dpi. does any of this make sense?

There are two Club Car DPI Chargers. One for use with the OBC and one for use w/o the OBC.
