Default My new Project, 2000 Workhorse ??

Well, here we go with another, Stan (that's me), if you can get it out of here, you can have it project !!! Pics below, feel free to point and laugh... Im way ahead of ya'''''

I "think" it is a "Frankenstein" cart.. as it has an "ST" rear body and a workhorse front cowl.... I'm guessing 2000 or older due to the 3 bolt steering column. Also, the missing "bed", but having the "seat grab bar" makes me think it had a rear seat sometime in its life.. Has about a 5-6" lift kit with 20' AT tires (too small for that much lift...) Not shown but it has the extra long top ! I have not been able to find a serial # plate as yet..the one under the charger port is an "inventory" tag..not a good serial #

It is a 36v series drive system, even if all the electrics are a melted mass !!!
I haven't gotten underneath it yet to check the type of motor it might have..
I have a idea/plan for the repair/upgrade of the controls/electrics, but could use advice on the rear body....

Is the rear body the same as a TXT ??
Will a TXT body fit ???
Will an aftermarket flip seat kit fit ??

I'm open to any and all input, Hell, I even respect a "quality" cheap shot or two...let me know what you think !!

Thanks !!

That tag below the charge port actually IS your serial number. Txt rear body should work fine, txt seat should also work. Looks like a F&R fire, controller may actually still be good. Txt rear seat kit might require a little customization. Hey, I would have taken that for free too (if I didn't already have 5 carts)...

CG !!

Thanks for the input !!
I had tried the number at EZGO mothership before with an "invalid" response...but just tried it again and got some good info... (I think)

2006 ST Sport 2+2 36v PDS...

I will have to chisel off the melted plastics to see about the controller, and get under it to check the motor

As for the number of carts....... Does it count if the "projects" are in a friends barn ?? Just 2 here....3 there !!

.....The addition continues !!......

I can tell it's not a PDS, it has a series style F&R that was on fire...

Nice find
I get 2006 36v ST Sport 2+2 on the serial # look-up.
I see a 48v Upgrade in your future

Roof, body, cowl and rear seat may have come off a Sport ST 2+2 and put on a series chassis. Rear bracket looks like the frame for the full size rear seat.. It will tilt back if you get the correct brackets. Standard TXT chassis so anything that would fit one of those will work. Might need some new batteries though

Thanks for the input guys !!

Bull, I plan to keep the body, just replace the rear, I am working a lead on a green Txt rear..I may get by without having to paint !!!

Scotty, I definitely will be "seeing you" credit card in hand, its the "perfect storm" for the 48v upgrade... Ive gotten pretty good at the "all the wiring is gone or burned" fix !

As soon as this frigid time is over, (thin blood Southern boy), I'll see what is salvageable, and test the motor and controller..everything else is crispy !!!
