Ryan, your factory controller is a Curtis 1204-410. As NoleFan mentioned above, it's a 225 amp controller. Any Alltrax SR controller you install on your cart is going to give you more power than it has now. Field mapping is a term used to describe the act of programming a controller to work within the parameters of a specific motor. This is not necessary on a series car such as yours. Field mapping only applies with a sepex drive system.
