Default 96' 48v club car DS - Charging new batteries

Installed 6 new 8 volt Trojan T-875 batteries and new cables. Cart set for at least a month without batteries. Main negative goes through the OBC.

Left on charge all night. Pack voltage is @ 64, charger sitting at 5 amps on meter. Unplugged the charger, checked each battery voltage. all are at 9.3 volts.

Is this right or do I have a faulty OBC or charger (powerdriveplus 2)?

Everything is ok. You should of let it finish it's charge. the volts could get a little higher before it turns off

With new batteries it is not uncommon to go up to 16 hours (then it will time out). The max the PD can go to is ~66/67 volts. If you exceed 16 hours or 67 volts, unplug it has we have an OBC issue.
