Thanks for the USB suggestion!
Look for the AH Returned column to see how much charge occurred in the morning and verify the previous night charge finished normally:

Is it normal for the charger to show no charge progress lights (green blinking) when there is a USB stick inserted? It is charging now (batteries boiling - around 61.3v at the moment...) but only the blue power light and the top green triangle light have been on since power on about an hour ago - no green lights below the top green triangle one.

USB is fat32 and I checked to see if it wrote a directory / file structure to the drive (it did).

... and are you charging a 48v set of batteries where the charger voltage is hitting 70+ volts?

That picture is from another member of the site, but as mentioned before the voltage can go pretty high depending on the loaded profile algorithm and other unique conditions (battery previous charge, temperature, voltage rise, etc).

The USB stick needs to be inserted after the charge is finished, from the Delta-Q site:

How to Extract Data from an IC Series Battery Charger:
1) After a charge cycle is complete, or the charger is disconnected from the battery pack, insert a blank USB flash drive with at least two megabytes* of space into the charger’s USB host port. The charger will automatically begin to download the data, shown on the Fault / Error / USB Indicator with a flashing green light.
2) The downloading process is complete when the Fault / Error / USB Indicator is solid green. The USB flash drive can be removed from the charger. This process takes approximately 2-3 minutes.
