Upgrade motor advice
I have a 97 48v cc ds that I converted over to a 05 AQ but I had to use my old motor. I just upgraded to mcor4 and now I am wanting to upgrade just the motor but still use the 05 AQ stock controller. Im wanting to go w a plum quick but have seen some bad reviews. Anybody know what I can use that is compatiable in price & preformance w the plum quick or just go with plum quick? Thanks rich.

Re: Upgrade motor advice
Plum Quick is some of the best of the best. That is no small town operation. They make world class motors from a top-notch shop and engineering department. Look them up in the Guinness Book World Records.
That is a Sepex motor you have so you ~could get a Bandit upgrade, but I think that is the old tin-can GE's in there. If so, it is not upgradeable. With that being said, get you this one https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...b-car-iq-excel or this one https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...car-iq-regen-2. They will both work with the controller you have and be ready when you upgrade to a larger one down the road. |
