Default Reverse only

I changed motors in a EZ Go TXT that I am selling from a GE Raptor to a stock 2HP EZ GO motor. I rewired it as the diagram instructed and as the "Raptor" was wired. If I remember correctly the "Raptor ran opposite so I figured I might have to Switch S1 & S2 and I did.

It still runs full speed in reverse and barely crawls i forward, Tried switching A1 & A2 and still got the same results. Placed rear end on jack stands and forward seemed to be full speed and reverse 1/2 speed, but as soon as I lowered the cart it returned to reverse full speed and forward very little movement.

I checked pack voltage = 37.96
Voltage through all FNR microswitches = 37.25
Voltage to and through FNR switch = 37.25

Cart had always ran well so I am puzzled where to go next. I do have several different FNR switch diagrams each with different wiring so I guess I'll try that next.

But, it seems to me that should be unnecessary since it ran before.

Help please as the cart is to go to its new home Wednesday 6/26/2013

Yes I am going back to the stock motor. The cart is a 1997 EZ GO TXT series motor, rest of it is stock except I beefed the FNR switch up and have 4 gauge wiring through out the entire system
