Mine is made by Goodyear, and is 120v, but pretty much looks the same.

You can go to your local automotive shop and get an tire inflator and sealer in a can. You would screw a hose onto the valve stem press a trigger and when the can runs out you are good to go. Double check your air pressure then go for a drive with the cart. (at least 5-10 minutes) the coating inside the tire will seal off any leaks. I've used this stuff before with pretty good success.
