Default New cart owner - 2006 DS IQ...Order of things to overhaul/replace

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and new to owning a cart...I picked up a 2006 Club Car DS with (what I can tell to be) the IQ drive system. It came with the Power Drive 2 charger and currently sits in a 4x12v battery configuration.

I'm looking for information on the below (where to buy parts, kits, etc.) and any other recommendations for what I should upgrade/make sure is in good working order. It runs very smooth - was owned by an older gentleman so I don't think there was much maintenance done, but is in good overall condition.

My current list of to-do's

1) the body is cracked on the drivers side rear corner of the opening where the seats flip up to the batteries. Probably due to the custom seats (high-back with arm rests) that don't look like they go back far enough on the lip. Need to brace that some how and support the seat.

2) Pull out all the batteries (trojan T-1275's) to inspect water level as well as battery tray. I can see some of the battery tray has been corroded away by an overflow of the battery.

3) Lubrication - all the lubrication points on the body/linkages and transaxle. What lubes do you use and where do you get them - auto parts store?

3) New tires/wheels and Lift Kit (would like some recommendation for where to buy). The tires are wore out, so I figured I should just lift and get a new set of tires all at once. I'm not sure which kits are best or places to buy.

Last - do you leave your cart plugged in all the time in an enclosed garage that's not ventilated? Reading the manual it says not do to this due to the hydrogen discharge when charging that could lead to an explosion if there's an ignition source (I have a gas furnace and water heater in the attic right above the garage).

Thanks - looking forward to this new project!!
