What I was wondering was if converting from 36 to 48 volt like this cart-is there a conversion kit that converts it to sepex also as I don't think they had 36 volt sepex carts and the motor being installed is sepex. Maybe I'm wrong but just curious.

That's what I did. Went from 36v toaster oven to 48v sepex.

Yes, like Dundee said, when converting from toaster-oven parts to solid state, you have the option to either keep it as a series cart or go sepex.
