Pot checks out ok then...only thing left is controller..ugghhh...hear that isint cheap either..

That Regen 1 was not a good system even when new, it has too many glitches.

You said you already replaced the OBC, but if You want to make sure the Controller is not in lockout mode:

You need to disconnect the yellow wire bullet connector #19 in the diagram near the controller.

You will then run that wire from the controller directly to Controller N or Pack Negative.

Consider gutting the drive system and upgrading to Series or IQ drive

Yeah new batteries..new micro switch..new solenoid s new obc ( wasnt charging) .replaced many corroded wires and ends..
When key is turned on i only get one click.
Reverse buzzer does work when in reverse.
I'll check the yellow 19 wire in a bit..have to put throttle pedal assembly back together..

ok no luck on the tests....going to assume controller is junk..what kind of $$$ am I looking at to convert ??..and is it worth it or just sell it as is..?

And i found sticker on controller that says remanufactured...so guess it's been replaced once ??

There are several guys on this forum who have successfully converted their Regen 1 cars to IQ. It's not too difficult if you're somewhat mechanically inclined. If you have any questions I'll be glad to help you.

Let me ask my boss..i probally can do it.im licensed auto mech and been repairing small engines on the side for 25 years..got a rough cost ??
