Test controller
Any one out there tell me how to test stock Curtis controller on a 93 club car ds. I think I have a bad one but want to be sure before I send it off to be rebuilt.
Let me give a little description of what I have checked. I have tested the solenoid and I'm pretty sure that's not the problem. It clicks and I'm getting 38v on both sides. I've jumped the motor using jumper cables and hooking it up to 2-6v batteries and I can get to go. Also could jump to blue cable on the F/R switch and it will go. I'm not sure why but when I jump with all 36v of batteries won't go. I'm new to all this so forgive me if i sound stupid. Thanks for any help u can give.
