Want a little more power & speed
I just got my 2001 DS running with new batteries. I would like a little more speed and power out of it. Whats the best way to do this?
Thanks, Scott |

Re: Want a little more power & speed
I just went through this with my 99 DS , controller gets you more power, along with upgraded cables, but controller won't really get you any more speed, for that you'll need to upgrade the motor. I'm sure ScottyB will chime in before long, there is a page on the Carts Unlimited site ( look on the site sponsors page ) that explains your options very well ,

Re: Want a little more power & speed
For series carts with big tires use the Alltrax SR48500 control, 400 soelnoid, HD F&R, 2g cable set and Admiral A1 motor for 50% more torque and speeds of 25mph or more.
